Honda has launched yet another promising model CB350 RS as it continues to bask in the glory of its predecessor H’ness CB350. The H’ness CB350 crossed the 10000 sales milestone even after a tough encounter with RE Meteor 350. The RS acronym which stands for ‘Road Sailing’ is added to the model name to symbolize the ride comfort modifications made to the 2021 CB350. The company has left no stone unturned to make its top models technologically equipped to meet the trending expectations of the consumers in spite of the global semiconductor shortage.

Engine Specifications
The H’ness CB350 and CB350RS are powered by the same 348cc air-cooled(4-stroke fuel-injected OHC ) single cylinder that churns out 21bhp and 30Nm. The long-stroke engine features a balancer to keep ride vibrations in check. Its 5-speed gearbox is assisted by a segment-first slipper clutch which makes the gear shifts smoother while reducing clutch lever operation load ensuring less wear and tear.
The CB350 gets Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) that helps maintain rear wheel traction by detecting difference between front and rear wheel speeds, calculating the slip ratio and further controlling engine torque via the fuel injection. HSTC can be turned ON/OFF using a switch on the left side of meter. A ‘T’ indicator in the digital display flickers when the system is engaging.
Digital Features
The H’ness CB350 and CB350RS features digital-analogue instrument gauge which integrates details like HSTC, ABS, side stand indicator with engine inhibitor, ECO indicator, mileage features, HSVCS (smartphone connectivity), gear position indicator and battery voltage meter.
The fuel efficiency details are displayed in three modes – real-time mileage, average mileage and distance to empty.
In addition to these features the CB350RS gets sleek LED turn indicators.
Exterior Design Features
The predecessor gets full LED lighting (a segment-first). The CB350 also boasts a dual-channel ABS, a 310 mm disc up front and a 240 mm unit at the rear. The bike rides on a 19-incher up front and a 18-inch wheel with a 130 section tyre at the rear. The DLX Pro version also get a dual-horn. Fuel tank capacity is 15 litres.
In addition to the above features that equip the CB350RS upgraded features include tweaked headlamp cover with grey furnish, fork gaiters at the front for a spunky look, skid plate which protects the engine panels from the lower side for a more challenging terrain use, wider tyres with block pattern. The RS spec gets a tuck and roll seat which as per automaker improves overall comfort during long rides. Moreover, even the tail light design has been tweaked to give the RS spec model a more ravishing appeal.
